Refunds, returns and exchanges will not be allowed unless there is an issue with the product when it arrives, as these are made to order items.

All orders ship via USPS Media Mail. Orders will be processed within 3-10 days of the order being placed, due to a lot of these being special order items. Once shipped most orders arrive within 2-5 business days.
